Yes, we'd definitely recommend this hotel. It was well located and the offer of free bus/tram transportation was very helpful. The room was comfortable, the bathroom well designed - everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was very helpful. We would certainly have preferred the breakfast included in the price, but it wasn't. Altogether a good experience.

The Nash Rex hotel provided us with a beautifully decorated room, lovely bathroom with full-sized bath and shower over and extremely comfortable twin beds. There was a flat-screen TV with 4 English channels. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to have an underground private parking place at 20E per night.

The hotel was amazing, very near the centre of town, close to everything!! The staff was excellent, I called reception for a wine cork opener, and they were up within 2 minutes! I would totally recommend this place!! Plus it was very clean and the rooms where very big, felt like home!

We would like to complain about the quality of the hotel services due to the following reasons.
(1) We booked Superior Double Room, but the bed was quite small, similar to Semi-double size, which was disappointing.
(2) We also requested a non-smoking room, but felt smell of tabacco. In addition, we felt strong smell of tabacco through the room door at night, which was disgusting. (Maybe, somebody was smoking in the corridor or somewhere on the same floor.)
(3) Despite booking Double Room, only one set of amenities had been prepared, including towels, cups, glasses etc, which we had never experienced before. We felt like being allocated Single Room.

Apart from the above, our comments about the hotel are as follows.

1. Impressions of the property
(1) Newly refurbished interir was OK and we were impressed by nice flat panel TV.
(2) Bath room was nice, though water was leaking from the joint of the shower head, despite new installation.

2. Value for money?
(1) The price was good, compared to other 4 star hotels in Geneva.
(2) Given our disappointment mentioned above, however, we would say the value was fair for the money we paid.

3. Our expectations
(1) Hardware was OK as the hotel appeared relatively clean and nice due to the recent refurbishment.
(2) However, we have to say that overall score was below our expectations because of our disappointment mentioned above.

The hotel and its rooms are very clean and attractive. Deluxe rooms do not have a double bed only two twins pushed together however we were upgraded to a very nice suite.
Breakfast is not included, is very expensive and of an exceptionally poor quality. Eat it elsewhere! Otherwise the Hotel is recommended, staff helpful and knowledgeable. Car parking is beneath the hotel but charged extra.
