Well located and OK for the standard but short of nice touches: no coffer or tea in the room. Minimal choice for the continental breakfast

Certainly. I thought Geneva was a city of drab hotels at expensive rates until I stayed here. The staff were excellent and never made one feel bothersome. It certainly met... opps I mean exceeded my expectations.

Good location in a quiet area. I enjoyed very much the security specially for a woman.
Free shuttle bus is great.
All was clean.
Delicious breakfast, once I understood there was a supplement for buffet breakfast.
Reception is very helpful on every shift.
comfort is good, a bit old fashion.
No restaurant , but room service has been efficient and good quality.
Very good rates compared to hotels downtown.

Best location for conferences and business.
So easy access to whole town with but in front of hotel.
Very clean.
Great welcoming staff, with many personal attentions.
only point to improve is wifi hotspot connection which is too expensive.
Otherwise I do recommend it to anyone.
