i would recommend this hotel, it was close to all the places i wanted to visit. the staff was very friendly and helpfull and my room was spacious and clean.

I would highly recommend this Novotel hotel to others. We were positively surprised by the great bargain we got from Skooch, and we'd love to stay there again for any next trip to Glasgow. The general apperance of the hotel was modern and clean. Good breakfast and good service. It is located within walking distance to the main shopping streets and the Central Station. A perfect place to stay.

This hotel is great. It's modern and feels very new. It's excellent value for money, the room's are very clean and have everything you need in them, including an iron!! For the small amount more that you pay compared with Travelodge or somewhere similar you really see the difference. There was a good choice of things for breakfast as well. I will definately stay there anytime I go to Glasgow in the future, and I will be recommending it to anyone else.

The hotel was in an excellent position, not far from the main streets (shops, clubs etc). Initial impressions on entering the hotel were very good,very clean and modern. The Receptionist was extremely efficient and very helpful, giving us local information and a map. The room was very comfortable and clean. All the staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. It was excellent value for money. It far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to others.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. The parking underneath the hotel is a bonus and only costs £4 for an overnight stay. The choice at breakfast was ok. The location is ideal, only a short walk from the main shopping areas and bars/pubs - but the hotel is in a very quiet location. I would certainly stay at the hotel again.

I had an extremely good weekend break staying at the Glasgow Novotel. The Reception staff were very polite and helpful. The room had everything you could need and was comfortable. The position of the hotel is excellent for the City Centre, and surprisingly there was no real noise disturbance even though the hotel is in a busy area. I stayed on bed and breakfast basis, and there was ample choice of food at breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very clean and efficent. The room decor is a dit dated, but it was roomy and well maintained. For a business trip it was ideal right in the heart of the City centre. It was good value for money as I got a good rate for 3 nights, but would have paid more and can recommend it.

good things first as i always believe. I just sent an e mail to the hotel that it just happenned that to be my daughter's 4th b'day and we would like to surprise her, the staff actually surprised us with a little birthday cake, balloons and little goodies kept in the room after a dayout.spoilt at breakfast choice, i realy wanted to spend all morning having that breakfast.Rooms cleaned and fresh towels everyday.Spacoius rooms.overall quite good and family friendly.good accessable location.Price wise is good because it included breakfast and free for children too Our room got too hot during the night inspite of airconditioning, noisy and too cold to open the window.perhaps it the duvet or not very effective airconditioning.bed linen could be of better quality, they definitely need good 90 degrees temp wash so that whites look white not patchy grey. Room needs better lighting and definitlely more neutral carpets.staff have less local information like transport so don't ask them , friendly but not very effient or professional i should say, take advice but don't rely.
