Booked this hotel when going to see a show at the SECC. Couldn't get much closer. Couldn't fault the room which was very clean and adequate for what we were looking for. Bathroom fine with a good shower (although bathroom door didn't lock). Hadn't booked breakfast but were able to pay for one in the morning. It was £6.95 but it was an all you can eat buffet (cereal, fruit, coldmeats, breads, croissonts, fruit juice, tea/coffee and a good selection of cooked foods). The only downside we found was it was a Sunday night and the bar closed at 10.30pm (11pm any other night). If you wanted a drink after this time the only way could have one is by leaving your credit card details with them and it was charged to the room - bar prices weren't very cheap either). Apart from this no complaints and will go again. |

i would highly recommend this hotel especially if your going to the secc ,as your literally situated at the bottom of the secc car park ,another plus was that there is a chinese restraunt situated at the bottom of the campanile car park and also an indian restraunt just round the corner ,as we were only there for one night we tried the indian quay it was perfect ,it also had a secure car park and after checking out we took a taxi to the shops which was only £5 which was well worth it easier than finding somewhere to park in glasgow ,the hotel itself is quite new and modern ,cant comment on the food there as we ate out ,the staff were very helpful and friendly ,the rooms were clean ,modern ,quite small but more than ample with the usual tea making facilities ,there was also pay tv |

We were room only and when we tried to book an evening meal all tables had been reserved. Having said that we could have had a snack in the bar. It was close to the exhibition centre, just a short walk across the car park, which was ideal. |
