Most certainly recommend it to others! What can I say, from before arriving (getting directions) to exit when we got a discount voucher for the car park, the service we received far surpassed our expectations. The price was terrific, breakfast delicisious but most impressive was the service from staff. Receiptionists were soooo... friendly and even when we phoned for ice we were offered glasses for our drinks!!! Only one piece of advice we would offer - pre book a table if you would like to have dinner at the hotel. Unfotunately we had to go else where as all the talbes were booked. However, just a short stroll to Sauchiehall Street where there are pleanty of places to eat. One final comment - the car park was a secure 24 hour entry/exit, with voucher only £3.80 for our overnight stay. Fantasitc stay will certainly be back. Thanks to all.

It had friendly, helpful staff, and smart but cosy modern decor. We had to leave very early (6.45 am) to catch a bus from Buchanan Bus Station (10 -15 mins walk away) and had automatically been charged for an inclusive breakfast online. However breakfast times weren't until later, and when we saw that having meals via room service would be charged extra, we weren't sure how that would work out. However it was fine - they brought a cold breakfast to our room and we didn't have to pay the room service charge. Common sense in action - a rarity - brilliant! Clever double window design meant that our room managed to be fairly quiet over the Saturday night we stayed despite overlooking a very busy main road which was also a thoroughfare between pubs, clubs etc. If convenience trumps quiet for you, this city hotel is highly recommended!

We were really impressed with the location, the staff and the rooms were bright, spacious and clean with everything we needed. Reception staff were helpful and explained everything to us at the time of check-in. We had the option to have breakfast in our room - which we did - there is an extra charge of £4.95 for this per room but the selection of food we got more than covered this. We would, however, say one thing - make sure you book a top floor room if possible as the hotel is right in the middle of busy Bath Street and traffic and people can be heard at night - but it was nothing we had not expected at the time of booking. We would recommend this hotel for a city break or business and i think we will be back!

Location good, reception staff great, with good local knowledge.
We were offerered an upgrade to an exec room for £10 per night (two guests), which was OK, but a bit tawdry to be offered this on check-in, and made me think that I would not have wanted to stay in a non-exec room.
Breakfast massively over-priced (£12.50), bar expensive too, so we took our custom elsewhere.
Overall we were left with the impression of a hotel where the management compensate for low prices by increasing discretionary charges.
