It was absolutely fabulous - the second time I'd stayed there. Very clean, very comfortable, spacious apartment. Sheets and towels changed daily. Large 'fridge. Two complimentary bottles of water a day. Good bar and restaurant. Wonderful pool.

I couldn't recomment it more highly. And VERY reasonable!

If you like to have a rest in quiet place, under hot sun and swim in warm sea, this hotel for you.
Less than 5 min to the beach, quit good food and choice of local drinks make your holiday pleasant.
But the hotel is more than 20 years old and some rooms and furniture need renovation.

I would def. recommend the hotel as the rooms are nice, the restaurants are great and the beach is just fantastic.

great location just off the hustle and bustle of the main local road, but easy walking to 2 beaches and an area full of restaurants and shopping and a grocery store++.
staff friendly and helpful.
breafast, lunch and dinner buffet / menu very good and cheap, bar drinks cheap, night seafood bbq excellent.
had a huge balcony overlooking the pool and entertainment stage-very relaxing.

I think the hotel, owner and personnel were really helpful with any requests, and there was a friendly atmosphere. For someone who wants to relax, it's quite good, and the rooms are clean, looked after every day. The internet thing was a bit fiddly, so we didn't do that. I liked the charm, and the owner added to the stay, as well as the personnel. This is a hotel on the improve, yet it did not have the international feel of young people, but more of a seaside b&b. It hasn't got a seaview, yet it is close to the beach, and the pool is nice to swim in. It's also easy to get to anything nearby by taxi, buses. Betalbatim is very quite, with not much to do, though we soon discovered Cholva, where we regularly went. Betalbatim is also good for excursions to the rest of Goa.
