The hotel was very easy to find.The location is excellent, it is very central, ie. close to the Alhambra, Albayzin district, Cathedral, restaurants, bars and city centre shops. The location was ideal.
The hotel's communal areas were well appointed, clean and well maintained. The central courtyard was very welcoming.
The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful.
We were allocated a room on a higher floor (as requested by us). The room was not large, but sufficient and comfortable for 2 of us. It was neat, clean, modern and nicely decorated. The pillow menu offered by the hotel was a nice touch which we did make use of. The only English TV channel available was CNN. The view from our room was of an apartment building, but this didn't bother us.The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The was a shower in the bath.
Breakfast (included in our rate) was excellent and offered a large variety. I would recommend it.
The hotel had one computer with internet, but it was not free.
Because our room was on a higher floor, we heard very little noise from outside. I think people in rooms lower down may have been disturbed by the noise.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
