Stayed: May 2009

We stayed one night at the hotel in May. The price was right and it was only about 5 minutes from Hershey. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast in the morning is a great addition. The rooms are pretty big- two queen beds and a pull out couch. Rooms are basic, but clean. There was an indoor pool that looked nice and a little arcade area for kids.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel to family/friends who were staying in the Harrisburg area. I loved how neat and presentable both the exterior and interior of the hotel was for such a place tucked away in its own space. It was very quiet and away from the busy life although nearby the interstate. I loved that housekeeping tidied up my room when I was gone, not that I had a big mess. Breakfast was definitely a plus. Despite the weather (it rained cats and dogs that weekend) I was very warm and cozy at the hotel. If you're looking for a weekend getaway for peace and quiet, this was definitely a good place to be.
