Ava Hotel is located in the Helsinki district of Vallila, approximately 3 km from the city center. It is in general proximity to the Mäkelänrinne Swim Center, the Helsinki Fair Center, and the Hartwall Areena stadium. Hotel Ava has excellent connections to Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport, Pasila railway station, and the city center.

It is a very modern concrete building with a large atrium style glass tower. The rooms are decorated in either Scandinavian, Italian or Oriental style, plus art-deco in business class rooms. The hotel provides unrivalled levels of service and comfort enabling the traveller to give a feeling of being at home while away from home.

The hotel has sauna and free parking, even for guests with larger vehicles. The hotel has 75 guest rooms - from single rooms to 6 person apartments - each with a bathroom and television. Guest rooms with a private kitchen are also available.

I will recommend it as a hotel with acceptable standard
Good beds and a clean room.
Very good pubic comunications to the city and to the airport.
Because I am Swedish I am a bit dissipointed, no swedish TV-channel.
Good staff and breakfast food.
It was worth the money from my point of view.

A very reasonable place to stay

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and therefore offered good value for money. The staff were polite and spoke fluent English. The hotel was located very close to the bus and tram stops, as well as a restaurant and a small supermarket. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a budget hotel in Helsinki.
