The centerpiece of Loews Lake Las Vegas is the sparkling surface of the resort's private, 320-acre lake, one of the largest privately owned lakes in Nevada. Along its ten miles of breathtaking shoreline, guests of this Mediterranean resort enjoy all of the benefits of lake living: scenic views, natural wildlife and endless recreational opportunities, like sailing, fishing, windsurfing and kayaking.

The resort features accommodations with sweeping views of the lake and/or mountains, championship golf, gaming, recreational sports, shopping, and dining. The resort also features two spacious swimming pools with landscaped pool decks and a water slide, palm-shaded terraces, tent-line cabanas and sandy beaches along the lake for relaxing.

Resort guests have access to Reflection Bay Golf Club, set along the tranquil shores of Lake Las Vegas, through an exclusive hotel/golf club agreement as well as the resort's 9,000 square-foot upscale spa and fitness center, offering an array of pampering services and activities. I stayed there for a wedding and would not go back on my own. Everything nothing was horrible but nothing was great. Rooms, restaurant, service. There seemed to be construction going on which made the view from our window to be a hill of dirt. Too far from the strip to want to spend a weekend there.

You'll be far from the strip - about a 20-25 minute drive, but this is a great way to enjoy Las Vegas - drive/cab to where ever you want to go on the strip, then head back to find some peace and quiet! Great service and unique setting. No casino in this hotel, though there is a casino right down the street if you don't want to head to the strip.

Very nice hotel, good service, even parking lot views (away from lake) were nice. Beds VERY comfy and rooms clean, bathrooms nice with great towels. Great room service too. Quiet and well insulated so you do not hear other rooms. Food good at restaurants although we showed up right at 2:27 with our kids and they said it was too late to eat lunch (closes at 2:30). I have worked in resaurants in the past and you take patrons until you close..especially if they have kids who are hungry. Pool nice and great kids area. Great gym open 24/day with nice cool towels and headphones.
We are not so keen on the fake lake scene but it is the desert. Love the option of bringing pets.

Property was beautiful. They boast a friendly staff, great restaurants and a relaxing lounge. We wanted to stay longer. Our expectatations were exceeded. We would definitely recommend it to others.
