It is on the beach. Nice bar/restaurant right out the doors. Very nice location on the boardwalk. Some of the hotel looked a little run-down, but they were doing improvements and remodels while we were there. I would def stay again for the money.

If you are looking for a great location on the boardwalk, this fits the bill. Room was quite adequate and well equipped. The only drawback is you need to pay for parking at 15to 17 per day.

We will certainly stay there again

We had a little trouble checking in (we got there early, but they wouldn't let us check in until EXACTLY 4:00pm). But other than that this hotel wasn't too bad at all! Free breakfast every morning, clean room, EXCELLENT location right on the beach. I was nervous to go to this hotel after reading some of the bad reviews, however, this hotel turned out to be adequate. The pool is nice as well. You can tell that the hotel is a little older, however the desk staff said they would be renovating in May 2008. I would recommend this hotel. I was there for spring break and it was perfect.

we feel that the pictures on the web site were misleading.
the hallway and room were dirty. .. this place needs a major facelift. our window was broken with a piece of cardboard covering it. An exterminator actually came to our room and wanted to spray while we were there. I had booked a room for 2 double beds and got a king. if you want to stay in a hole on the beach than this is the hotel. i cant believe they call this a "resort".

The room had a broken window patched with cardboard & the AC was broken. Also, the bathroom smelled foul & had small holes in the wall. The maid refused to give us towels. That said, booking through Skoosh saved us a significant amount of money v. booking through the hotel. Would recommend to travelers on a budget, who still want features like hot tub, pool, free continental breakfast & king-sized bed
