Opened in 2005, this city hotel has 141 rooms on 19 floors. It offers a bright modern lobby with a high ceiling and decorated in marble. The hotel is the perfect place to stay for business or leisure travellers. It also features a restaurant offering contemporary décor and a casual atmosphere. Furthermore, it offers a hotel safe, currency exchange and a laundry service (fees apply). The hotel is situated in one of Kowloon's new booming city, Tai Kok Tsui, with Olympic Station Mass Transit Railway (MTR) station right on its doorstep and just a short stroll away from Hong Kong's bustling commercial, shopping and entertainment district, MongKok. It is a 30-minute drive from the Hong Kong International Airport, 8 minutes from Mongkok KCR train station and about 10 minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui. The closest MTR station (Mass Transit Railway) is Olympic station (Exit C4). The Olympian City 2 shopping mall is just a few metres away. There are many shopping areas easily accessible from the hotel: the Argyle Centre, Mongkok commercial Padium, Langham Place and the Pioneer Centre. For those looking to go further afield, there is the Ladies Market on Tung Choi Street, the sport shoes market on Fa Yuen Street, the electronic goods market on Sai Yeung Choi Street, the Night Market on Temple Street and the Jade Market. The (MTR) Mongkok, Yaumatei and (Airport Express) Kowloon stations can be reached via the complimentary hotel shuttle bus service. Olympic Cafe on the 1st floor, with its contemporary style decoration and casual atmosphere, serves delighted Asian and Western specialities. Choose from sumptuous breakfasts or the range of à la carte selections. All this makes it the ideal place for dining and meeting friends or business associates.

Quiet and clean

It was good value for the money paid. Criticisms: 1. It is a long walk to a subway stop. 2. There is no free Internet - the hotel charges 30 $HK for 1 hour access. I ignored their high-priced Internet offer and found a Starbucks instead. Plusses: A Park N' Shop supermarket and laundry are nearby.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable and efficiently run. It is within easy walking distance of the Olympic metro station. Staff were prompt and helpful, rooms were cleaned thoroughly everyday.

The hotel is reasonably clean and fairly new. However, the location is less than desirable, in an area that used to be industrial. although it's now being turned into more residential and hotels, you can still notice remnants of its past. We had to go through metal shops and hardware stores in order to head towards MTR and other attractions. in addition, the rooms are extremely small. I've stayed at about 10 different hotels in HK and this definitely had the smallest rooms. it's still a good value however as it's clean and comfortable for the most part and close enough to MTR and other attractions.
