Phase I The hotel’s 495 guest rooms, guest corridors and elevator cabs have recently completed a $12 million upgrade, and all arrivals are experiencing Island-style comfort in our newly renovated rooms. Phase II The hotel’s Hibiscus Café (on the lobby level) closed recently, and work has begun on the 400-seat Jimmy Buffett’s at the Beachcomber. This exciting and popular restaurant is scheduled for a November 2008 opening. Phase III Improvements to the hotel’s lobby have begun, and additional upgrades to the porte-cochere area will begin in late spring. Phase IV To complement the arrival of our new Jimmy Buffett’s at the Beachcomber restaurant and lounge, plans for the hotel’s new pool design are being finalized.
