I would highly recommend the hotel...The rooms were amazing with extremely tcomfortable beds and flat screen TV's.. the hotel overall was very nice and big..the breakfast buffet was great and there was an excellent-upscale Italian restaurant in the hotel, it was the best italian restaurant I have ever been to!

I recomend this Hotel for families with kids and all family members ...singles and seniors.
This place is between two amazing Golf Courses, It has a beautifull Spa and a 24 hours fitness center,
The swiming pool is really nice and it has a beach.
The breakfast is realy good,,and HEALTHY.
The room was beautifull and clean as well as the Hotel.
The bar has a place to dance what is also really nice.
I got a great price at Skoosh.
100% Recomend this Hotel and I hope to be back.

Not inexpensive, but worth the price. Large comfortable rooms, a kid friendly restaurant, a very romantic adult restaurant and an amazing pool (with a sandy beach!) for kids and adults. The place had a high end feel withcool music, a great scent infused into the lobby and outdoor areas and staff everywhere to help. We had to have an engineer fix our TV connection and he had chocolates in the shape of hammers for the kids. It was convenient to a number of great restaurants and all of the designer shopping in Palm Desert. We were with the kids so we didn't play golf, but the 2 courses were in great shape according to friends. I've stayed a many hotels and I would give very high marks to this place.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Renaissance Esmeralda, especially traveling with a 7-year old who loves to swim. The pools were awesome, especially the little beach area with sand on the end of one of the pools. Nice to be able to eat breakfast outside with the mountains in the background. Grounds were lovely. We were pleasantly surpirsed to be staying in a resort at hotel rates. Our daughter has already asked when we're going back there to swim in the pool!
