I received a great deal so I wasn't surprised about the room which was a little old and run down. A/C worked fine, so did TV and everything else, plenty of parking. Just needs a little face lift. I beleive all of Holiday Key rooms are the same way. Customer service was great. No problems at all. Great location. Offer free bags of ice each day from adjacent gas station which has lots of food and drink choices as well. Tiki bar and rum runners is part of the complex and you can see the sand bar fom the pool! People stay out late at this hotel so plan accordingly
