the location is very strategic. walking distance to all the attractive places.

but one bad experienced when i wanted to chek-in (saturdany morning 30th may), the staff at the front office said there is no queen/king room available and suggested me to go to other hotel near by. According to him the room available is small. (He wiiling to take me to one of the hotel ). He said if i go tho the the other hotel for that day, he will give me a bigger room for the next three nights. but i refused and accepted the small room (NO. 211). I was suprised because he didn't offer the bigger room for the next three nights.

second bad experienced, was the istanbul map he sold to me. it was too expensive 10 lira! the normal price is just 5 Lira.

other staffs are very helpful and friendly!

Yes--the beds were clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was nice, and staff helpful. Good deal for the price.

An ideal position for the tourist sites, but an exceptionally small room, and the air conditioning didn't work properly.

We would recommend the Hotel to others it is very central in Old Town Istanbul and within walking distance of all the major venues. If you are not up to walking the tramway stops almost right in front of the hotel.
While we were in the Hotel our AC unit leaked and soaked the rug, the Hotel moved us to other rooms without question and moved us very quickly.
Our booking through Skoosh went very smoothly and without any glitches at all
