Yes, I would recommend this hotel to others.
I was impressed by the knowledgeable staff and cleaniness of all the facilities in the hotel and our room.
Good value for the money just maybe little high.
Yes, my expectations were met and the previous reviewes helped. The location of the hotel is great especially if you are sighseeing, all the historical sites are within walking distance. Also, there are three elevator banks, just make sure you know which one to use.

The service was amazing. Upon check-in, the staff went over a map of the city and a guidebook they provided for us. They helped us on numerous occasions for transportation and dinner recommendations. The porter actually ran to help me with my bags. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was very impressive and a chance to relax for a few minutes before sightseeing. There is afternoon tea where you can chat with the other guests in a comfortable lounge area. The rooms were comfortable - we originally had a smoking room but called downstairs to switch to a non-smoking room which was no trouble at all. The location is ideal. it was 5 minutes walking to palace gate and another 3-4 to get to Haghia Sophia/Blue Mosque. It was 10 minutes walking to the Spice Bazaar and 15 to the Grand Bazaar. Tram stop just outside hotel.

I have already recommended this hotel to my freinds.
The hotel staff are very knowledgeable and courteous, and made sure we were happy with everything. Excellent Service.
Very good value for money, they should charge more.
Expectations were met as we booked in, everything else was a bonus. Perfectly located for an excellent holiday. My wife and I hda great time....

This is an excellent property, top-notch. I will say that the staff are very young and quite "green". We felt they could have done better in several areas. For example, we dined at the hotel restaurant and waited 30 mins only to find out that the initial order and wine selection could not be completed (normally, you tell diners in advance if you are out of an item on the menu). When it came time to pay for the check there wasn't anyone around at all. We actually, had to go to the front desk to tell them we wanted to leave. Sadly, they didn't get a tip that night at all. The room was excellent and everything was clean and modern. The spa facilities and services are truly awesome! We'd stay in this property again, but think managers should remember that it is the staff that makes the difference.
