This was a nice place. The room was nice but the bathroom was very small. I felt like I was in a RV shower. The breakfast was very good.

The Rustic Inn was a great value for the money we paid ($312 for 3 nights). We enjoyed the separate cabin, comfortable furnishings, quality bedding, flat screen tv, wireless, fridge and microwave. The heated floor in the bath area is a must in colder weather as the rest of the floor was quite cold. The added light from the high windows was nice as was the dome night light. The breakfast buffet was much above the average for chain hotels. We would recommend this hotel to others. The laundry was clean as were the rooms. The facility is conveniently located. On the negative side, the bar and food offered there were pricey but of good quality. It did not appear to us that the bar and breakfast areas were handicap accessible should that be an issue. It's too bad the geese are around as they leave a mess.

Great resort style hotel, we were surprised by the charm of the room, and the log cabin look of the property. Very well maintained, comfortable beds. clean bathrooms all very up to date. Staff was courteous and helpful at all times. Buffet Breakfast was way beyond the average and added value. Very close to town center (3 blks) and if you didn't want to walk there was a eco-friendly hotel shuttle to take you there. Small little detail items, like free water bottles in a iced cooler by the front door was a nice touch.

We spent two days, then returned for another two days. Both visits were excellent. The accomodations were exceptional--the remodeling and refurbishing of the entire facility was very well done; the grounds well-kept; the rooms were spacious with additional touches (e.g., gas fireplace thermostat operated in one; heated tile floors and expansive shower in the other; both had large flat panal TVs); the service was good with attention to detail; and the buffet breakfast (American breakfast) was much more than what one would normally expect for included hotel "buffet breakfasts". Location was slightly north of Jackson, but easily accessible. Having stayed at two other motels/hotels during this trip, this was the nicest and the best value. We would return.

This hotel was a great value. It is conveniently located near the town center. The room was in very good condition, beds comfortble, and staff helpful. The room was spacious with a fireplace and a mini kitchen with a table. A full hot breakfast was included with a wide variety of choices. We look forward to returning.

Great hotel - little cabins actually. We had a nice one with a fireplace (didn't need it in Sept) with a huge screen tv, fridge and microwave, even a little dining table. Bathroom was small, but decent and then had the sinks with mirror outside in the room. Only complaint would be that the bed was too soft for my back. But the main lodge has nice heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a nice lounge where they serve some apps between 5-11 and their flatbread appetizer was really tasty. All in a pretty setting and a walkable distance into the heart of town.

Great room, great service, super plasma TV...very comfy beds. Best breakfast on our vacation. We can't wait to stay there again! You won't be sorry if you stay here.
