Would recommend it to others. The room was nice and spacious, the pool was large in the middle of a large courtyard and the hotel was in a nice scenic location. Did not like the small TV in the room. The wireless internet was only available in the lobby - very inconvenient. No free breakfast, though the restaurant adjacent was very good. Considering the location, the value for the money was good, though we stayed in nicer hotels on our trip for less money. Yes, expectations were met. This hotel was more like a lodge for large parties or longer stays than a conventional hotel where you stay only one or two nights mostly to sleep. It was the most expensive place that we stayed during our trip, but we could walk to restaurants, etc. in the town.

housekeeping was marginal, rooms were in need of deep cleaning. I was especially disappointed with hospitality services. ie. who makes their hotel guests walk up to the office when in need of towels or toilet tissue? why do the pool/jacuzzi areas close so damn early?
The Saloon was cool, it lived up to the word Saloon.

May be.
We had a PP reservation. We do not travel with paper (vaucher, confirmation etc.) but we have all documents as files in a portable PC. It was impossible to print out the voucher file at hotel (file transferred on a USB flash memory !!!) because your PC's have not USB ports !!! We were required to go to a business center to print out the file!
Around the mark.
Expectations were in line except for the above.

When we booked the reservation was for 2 queen/king beds and we were given 2 doubles. The room was clean, the pool was outside which was nice (not indoor), hot tub was big.
