**Members Only Hotel** is a 4 star hotel in Jacksonville. Spacious accommodations feature relaxing Florida decor and stunning views of the [hidden] skyline or St. Johns River. Beautiful appointments include a triple-sheeted king or two queen beds, cable TV, videos on demand, ironing board, separate work area with oversize desk, high-speed Internet access, and bath area offering two sinks, hairdryer and Portico bath amenities. Established in 2000, the hotel comprises a total 19 floors in the main building along with a 2-storey neighbouring building, with a total of 996 rooms. Guests are invited into the air-conditioned foyer with 24-hr reception desk, safes, a cloakroom and lifts. Dining options include a sports bar, a lobby bar with an entertainment programme, a restaurant by the river and an Italian restaurant. Several conference rooms are available for business guests. Room and laundry services round up the offerings, along with a laundrette. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the hotel car park (for an additional fee).

At first it appeared to be very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful with what ever our needs were. The lobby resturant was standard. Not great but good. Again the staff very friendly. The room was ok, our room didn't have the greatest of views, for a waterfront hotel, our room of course faced the back. Then when my wife went to take a shower there was a dirty wash cloth in the shower. Which we called and told housekeeping. Our room was immediately cleaned with fresh towels. And to my surprise a complimentary bottle of wine with snacks was sent up. I think the staff at this very busy Hyatt was exceptional.

This hotel is very nice and is located on the St. Johns river in downtown J-ville. The location is ideal for events at Alltel Stadium( about a 1 mile walk) and the Landing (two blocks).
