This city hotel was renovated in 2006 and has 128 rooms in total. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facility, lift access, a café, mini-supermarket, bar, auditorium, games room, restaurant, Internet and WLAN access, as well as room and laundry services. Complimentary parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car. The hotel is conveniently located at Exit 368 off the Trans Canada Highway. It is only 7 km from the city centre, 20 km from the Kamloops Airport and 75 km from Sun Peaks Ski Mountain. Within walking distance are the Aberdeen Mall, coffee shops, bars and numerous restaurants. Kamloops Bus Station is just a 10-minute walk away. There is also a casino located nearby. The train station is about a 20-minute drive away. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one is indoor and one is outdoor and heated and includes a children's pool and waterslide. Guests may take advantage of the massage treatment service (subject to fees). A hot tub and gym facilities are also available free of charge to all guests. Golf courses, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snow boarding, hiking trails and adventure rafting facilities can all be found in the area. A continental breakfast is included daily. Comfort Inn and Suites

The hotel was quite nice and had very good service; however, there was alot of noise from other guests that lasted until well after midnight. The beds were a little too firm for my preference, but everything else was good. The breakfast offered a nice variety oif items. Overall, It was an average hotel - not gross but not amazing either.

Great for children

Kamloops Comfort Inn

Nice clean hotel we decent sized rooms. Booked at the Comfort Inn due to the waterslide and it did not disappoint, kids loved it ! Basic continental breakfast but it did the job. Stayed in hotel block away from main highway and it was very quiet. AC units a little noisy but appreciated anyway as it was +30c. Outdoor pool was empty but it did not bother us as we used the indoor pool/hot tub/slide. Good location, easy to find and if you need a Timmies fix, there's one close by. There are restraurants in walking distance although we had supper at a main chain a cars ride away. Would recommend hotel to anyone with kids 2-14 as waterslide will keep them busy.
