Prices were up because of a festival in town. The bath tub did not drain very well. I was clean with all the aminities.

Hotel was decent. There aren't many choices in the area, so this was the most reasonably priced hotel. Breakfast included was a nice addition not expected at this level of hotel. Room was decent, too. Included small refrigerator and microwave. Lobby area didn't smell great, but overall acceptable stay.
Electric was out for a few hours and TV satellite was out about an hour after electric came back on. However, I don't believe that either of these was the fault of the hotel, but rather the rain storm that came through.

For the price, this was poor value. The place smelled of disinfectant. Other guests noisy, inconsiderate. I hope I never have to stay at a Super 8 again. The bath was not thoroughly cleaned. The towels are like postage stamps and equally thin. What a dump!

We don't usually spend too much time in the room when in Keene, but we find it to be fine for a quick trip. It is very clean and comfortable. We've stayed here a number of times before and the staff has always been helpful, especially the man at the front check-in desk. They should look into having their own access to and from the main road as using the mall entrance is annoying when exiting the hotel.

It was a good hotel. The staff was friendly. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Breakfast was decent. A good deal for the price.
