When we checked in, the room I had asked for at booking wasn't available. The Desk Clerk worked at least a half hour moving people around to accommodate me. I was very pleasantly surprised. Everyone is so friendly and nice. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is very clean and someone is constanly cleaning something. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Go and have fun! I love feeding the turtles and talking and listening to Odie the bird. Enjoy!

Really top notch accommodations. Perfect location - close enough to Duval Street for walking, but far enough away that the racket isn't heard while outside dining. Fantastic service, everything!

I would recommend this hotel to others. It is in a good location. It was a bit pricey but it was a very nice and clean hotel. Went beyond my expectation.

Great hotel, exactly what was pictured in the photos. Facilities were clean, well maintained and the food was great. This is definitely a luxury hotel; however ,the staff needs some training on attention to guests and the smaller things for the price point. Overall great stay, and we even booked an extra night while we were there.
