I would not recommend this hotel to others. It was dirty, tired and noisy. In our room when the toilet was flushed or the shower was turned on the walls shook. There was pealing wall paper in the room and halls and the carpets were dirty. I would not say that it was good value for our money nor that our expectations were met. The word Resort in a name usually means a higher standard of facilities and service. This was not the case for us. |

The room was clean but still needed to have some maintenance done which was reported to the manager before leaving. The indoor waterpark looked like fun, but is basically one big slide inside. I was not impressed with the hotel dining experience at all. I would suggest finding some place better to eat with better pricing. We waited for a long time for our food to arrive and not sure that all the staff in the restaurant knew what their specific tasks were. Over all the staff was pleasant, but did not wear their name tags so have no idea who to give shout outs to. Checking in and out where easy to do. Location was key for this reservation for us. I think their website misleads you into believing that you will be in the lap of luxury at this hotel. I did not find that at all. |

The hotel was fine/adequate overall. The water park was very small, but had one good slide that kept us busy. The indoor arcade didn't work well (kept losing coins) but the staff were very quick to return the coins with no questions asked. I found all the hotel staff that we dealt with to be very helpful and responsive. The shower was good. We found a used tooth brush under one of the cabinets in the bedroom which led me to believe that the room couldn't have been cleaned well enough. The front desk said that they'd tell the cleaning staff. |
