Upon arrival to our room, the door wouldn't fully open, the vanity in the bathroom was very small, my wife had no place to put her make-up on counter top and the patio doors and windows were filthy and I found the room on the small side. However, the room was very clean and the king size bed was very comfortable and also found the Denny's Restaurant which is attached to the main lobby very convenient. For the money, I would look elsewhere but if it was the only hotel that had vacancy then yes I would go back. |

This hotel was right off the highway making it easy to find. Lots of places to eat right close by. The Denny's attached to the hotel make it easy just to order food. It's too far away to walk downtown however it would be less then a 10 minute drive. Overall, nice place. Reasonably priced and clean. |

Stayed Saturday night only, most rooms overlook the carpark which was busy with people coming, going. There must have been a party going on as lots of people were stood around smoking & chatting until the early hours. Room itself was ok but air-con didn't work & bathroom was dated. overall, cheap & basic. If we stayed in Kingston again we would look for a different hotel. |

People were very polite and nice. We were let into our room e.arly. The rooms were a little tired looking and the bed could have been more comfortable and the linens were old fashioned. I did swim in the pool and I liked the location near good shopping outlets |

Beds were larger than most double beds at other hotels, room was extremely clean. Great towels, bedding, nice pool view. Definitely a lot more than other 3 stars. Will go there again whenever in Kingston. |
