THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY. THE ATMOSPHERE IS JUST GREAT. I WOULD NOT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE ORLANDO AREA INCLUDING DISNEY HOTELS. I MET TWO OTHER COUPLES AT THE HOTEL WHO FEEL THE SAME WAY I DO AND COME BACK YEARLY TO THIS HOTEL. THE GROUNDS ARE GREAT AS ARE THE ROOMS AND ROOM SERVICE. THE ONLY SUGGESTION I WOULD MAKE IS THAT THEY GET NEW EXCERCISE ROOM EQUIPMENT, OTHERWISE JUST EXCELLENT. GREAT PRICES ALSO.

It was cleaner than I expected (based on other people's reviews.) I was given a room in the farthest building on the 2nd floor, which was a pain since I had a 40 pound suitcase and it was a long walk and there was no elevator. The shuttle to the Disney parks was inconvenient - they need to have more pick ups and drop offs times throughout the day. The front desk staff were not very motivated and seemed annoyed with guest interaction,

I would recommend it to others. Pool areas were good and heated with lots of chairs and a few tables w/umbrellas for having lunch. Walgreens next door came in handy. Very good value for the money.

I would recommend it to others. Friendly staff, clean room, conveniently located many options for dinning including a couple restaurants and grocery store Walgreen. Very good value for the money. Expectations completely met.

For the price, the room was fine. It was a bit on the small side and very plainly decorated, but it was clean. The front entrance and exterior gives a luxury impression of the hotel; unfortuately the rooms do not uphold that image. Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Was perfect for our family for a one-night stay. Would stay again for the price we got.
