Poleski Hotel

This hotel comes highly recommended, particularly for those who want to be close to the centre of town, but away from the inevitable noise associated with an absolutely centre location.

This hotel enjoys a delightful location on the opposite side of the Vitula river from Wawel castle, arguably Poland's most important and significant sight. It is a ten minute walk to the old town.

This is a modern hotel.

The lobby is small. It is on the ground floor at the foot of the stairs up to the far more spacious restaurant on the first floor.

The rooms are large and in very good condition. They are smartly decorated in neutral colours and the furniture and fitting are of good quality. Most, though not quite all, rooms enjoy lovely views over the river to the castle surely putting this hotel in the top ten "hotels with the best views" in Poland. They are also admirably quiet as the hotel is away from any large roads.
