Hotel staff is great and is very helpful with questions about the area and can make good recommendations. Breakfast was very good. The beds were very comfortable. Overall a great stay for our anniversary. We will book here again if we come back to Krakow.

We loved this hotel and the staff! The hotel is modern yet charming and very attractive. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and lovely. The staff were kind, helpful and accommodating. Excellent value as well. I highly recommend Andel's and would book again as I'd love to go back to Krakow!

Check-in was smooth. The staff were particularly helpful.

Good location in a cooler part of town but close enough to the main square.

Rooms are pretty small and not particularly luxurious, but you get what you pay for and it was very good for a 3 night stay.

With great pleasure I recommend staying in this hotel. Very spacious clean rooms, wonderful rich, rich Breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Location close to main sights of the city-7 minutes walk to the Wawel castle, 10 minutes to the Old Market square. The location of the hotel - in the heart of Kazimierz-near all known(and mentioned in the guidebooks)Catholic churches, synagogues, monasteries and a lot of interesting historical buildings. The hotel is quiet enough to relax and feel comfortable. It is very important and the cost of living in this hotel-very economical! С большим удовольствием рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле. Очень просторные чистые номера, прекрасный сытный, обильный завтрак. Приветливый персонал. Близкое расположение к основным достопримечательностям города-7 минут пешком до замка Вавель, 10 минут до Старой Рыночной площади. Само же расположение отеля- в центре Казимежа-рядом все известные(и указанные в путеводителях)католические костёлы, синагоги, монастыри и немало интересных исторических зданий. И при этом-дёшево!

Rooms were great, breakfast was very good, location was just about as far out of the centre of Krakow as you would want to be but it is a nice walk through Kazimierez.

This is a very good 3 star hotel and excellent value for money.The rooms were clean and the breakfast was more than adaquate.
It was only a 5 minute stroll from the town centre so, perfectly located.
Without exception, the staff were charming and friendly and couldn't do enough to help.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others and will stay there again when next in Krakow.

The Copernicus lived up to all expectations.
The location was perfect, just beside Wavel Castle and a short walk to the market square. The staff were helpful and polite, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable and the food was excellent. This hotel has an authentic old world feel and I would highly recommend it for couples. We had two children with us and they loved the pool and this was why we chose the Copernicus initially.
Overall it was most enjoyable and good value for money.

Good location, nice personal, quiet och clean
Good beds, we sleept very well.
Near trainstation, marketplace. You can walk to everything in the citycenter.

Perfect place when you wanna go shopping or sightseeing! 5 min walk to the markedplace, 2 min to the castle.
Really good value for the money.
It is definately a hotel that i will recomend to others

Yes I would highly recommend this hotel.The breakfasts were very varied and substantial and there was a relaxed atmosphere in restaurant.I thought that it was well worth the money

Yes I would recommend it to others. Location wise it could not have been better, being in the centre of the old town, convenient for main square, castle and river.

Good value for money, breakfast was buffet style, but you could order eggs, cooked any way, with bacon cheese, ham or tomato.

I booked a single room. I was given a double on first night, and told I would have to move to single on 2nd and 3rd nights.

As I was only there for 3 nights, it was a bit inconvenient. I was not given a reason and this was the only complaint. Hotel was lovely, clean and friendly.

Would stay there again.

The hotel is off the beaten track. Access with public transportation is mission impossible. A long way to walk to the main street. Taxi is the only solution. The hotel refused to provide us (3 people) with a small towel for hands drying!!! It would cost you extra money, they said. Don't forget to carry a bathing suit with you. There's a nice indoor swimming pool in the hotel. Breakfast was good. Kind service in the dining room.

This is a good economy hotel just outside city centre. Do not let the short distance from city centre be a distraction as there is excellent tram service adjacent to the hotel. Just be sure to buy a ticket and validate it upon the tram as inspections do happen and we were inspected twice. One hotel guest was fined for not having a valid ticket. Many groups appear to stay at this hotel so do not rely on the restaurant being available for dinner however the food is good and reasonably priced. Just down the street is a McDonalds, petrol station with food and alcohol, and a supermarket. Within a short tram ride there are more pubs and eateries as the neighborhood near the hotel does not have any in the evening. This hotel is a good choice for a nice visit to Krakow.
