we would recommend the hotel, liked the helpfullness of most of the staff, atmosphere and location when commuting. it is good value for money particularly with the free airport shuttle as well.

we had a very bad experience with one person at reception who did not give us the room booked, was not friendly and we had to talk to someone else later who was very helpful and fixed all the problems for us.

Overall expectations were well and truly met

Good Hotel. Nice breakfast and good free transfer from/to KLIA. Wifi OK and free. You can find several cheap restaurants and shops in a walking distance.

We stayed on two different nights. The first room was acceptable but average but the second very comfortable. it seems some rooms have been renovated and others not. They charge far too much for a taxi if you are moving to somewhere other than one of the airports. In the end we got the free shuttle to KLIA and then caught a taxi from the airport. it only took 10 minutes and we saved over $50.00. Apart from that I would reommend the hotel to anyone.

We arrived late night and had to wait a while for the shuttle bus that was gonna take us to the hotel.
Nice rooms, good breakfast and very nice pool area catered for a pleasant stay for us.

I will not only and certainly recommend to others but I will make sure I stay in this hotel again and again.
The punctual and clean transfer.
Absolutely good value for the stay. However, the charges for other meals other than the breakfast is too steep.
My expectations was slightly higher than what they provide.
They only supply bathing towels which I thought is too mean. I was expecting face and hand towels as well.
The airconditioner was not powerful enough to cool such a huge room. For two persons two sets of shower such as body soap & shampoo should be supplied. However, the free iron with board is freely available just outside notwithstanding that there is a limit of 10mins for use & auto cut-off.
