we would recommend the hotel, liked the helpfullness of most of the staff, atmosphere and location when commuting. it is good value for money particularly with the free airport shuttle as well.

we had a very bad experience with one person at reception who did not give us the room booked, was not friendly and we had to talk to someone else later who was very helpful and fixed all the problems for us.

Overall expectations were well and truly met

Before arrival i wrote in enquiring about the free shuttle bus service from KL Central to hotel. The reply was very prompt, I was impressed. After we checked - in ,I had problem in setting my phone to use the free wi-fi, the reception staff was very helpful to set it for me. Free shuttle service was punctual which was great. Without traffic on a weekend , it only cost us about 8 ringgit to get to Bukit Bintang. I am glad we stayed there. However, those travelling with kids, I am not sure whether it's inconvenient when they cant tolerate to be out for too long.

there are many lazy and not professional front disk satff
rooms in level 11 are simley
breakfast is good

Wonderfull hotel, a gorgeous enterence and everything to match. The rooms are spacious and clean, nice bathroom.

They changed my bed to a twin for two people instead of promised queen. The manger was not very nice about this. The food was excellent. The phone in the room needed to be replaced since it did not work and it took them two days to do this.

The front counter staff were very friendly. They event upgraded my room. The restaurant senior officer MS Kay was very helpful in giving direction to some part of KL. We will go back to this hotel again.

highly recomended,we've been to quite a few 5 star hotel over the years and Renaissance is up there with any of them
The staff from cleaner to manager ,the serivce are very corteous
Just 2 little hiccup,give the wrong key when first checked in
and we were locked out the next day because the keys was cancelled ?!?...but alls well when the cleaner run all the way
down to get the new key!

On finding out that it was our honeymoon shangri la staff presented me with a beautiful bouquet of roses and then upgraded us to a superior room. The next morning there was building work being done beside the pool which was a bit noisy and when we asked how long it would be going on for they said just that day... on arrival back to our room we were informed that we were being upgraded again to a suite - and wow was it amazing, they even had a bath filled with rose petals waiting for us, along with a bottle of wine apologising!!! All Staff were fantastic, very friendly and soo helpful.... and as for the buffet breakfast - wowsers... where do I start ..sushi, prawns, indian dishes, cakes galore, pastries, chocolate fountain with marshmallows :) freshly made omlettes etc etc Amazing hotel ! Defo recommend it

This is a very nice business hotel, located in Mid Valley. Mid Valley has a big shopping center with all eating and shopping facilities. The rooms are four star quality. I would recommend for anybody able to pay the price.
