The hotel is not up to the standards of a 4 star or even a 3 star hotel. The receiption desk were not cooperative. I had to carry my bags until they ask someone to help. The gym was closed and there is no swimming pool. The room furniture is old; I think they have not changed it since they opened the hotel. The only advantage of this hotel is its location; it is in the center of the city and still has a nice mountain view. Just a five minute walk and you will see all the shops and restaurants.
