**Members Only Hotel**

The hotel is a really good value and is close to all theme parks and downtown Disney. Its about a 10-12-minute drive to Disney parking lot in the morning. Everything is very clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. Pool area was always nice. The only downside is the walls were a little thin.

Have stayed at this hotel several times and never been disappointed. Room, staff, parking, and breakfest all very good. Close to parks, stores, and restaurants.
Had several busloads of kids this week and pool area was very loud until11:00pm every night. I would recommend a room not facing the pool area if you retire early.

We had never stayed at a Fairfield by Marriott before but this was an excellent hotel. The hotel was spotless, staff friendly, free parking and access to the other 2 Marriott hotels on the same property. Good restaurants within walking distance. Only negative was the traffic on Vineland which could line up for a mile at peak times.
