The location was great. The room air conditioner was awesome. The room was very small and only had double size beds not queen. I was a great buy for the location.

i would recommend this hotel to others. it's secure, safe, and the staff were amicable. that being said, it must be noted that this is not a luxury hotel. however, it does allow pets, has 1 free day of internet access, and parking. the ac worked just fine, and it's located right across the street from the MGM grand. i think that my expectations were met. i've stayed in some dumpy places before, but this one was doable.

I would recommend Americas Best Value Inn to anyone wanting to travel and save money in Las Vegas. I was impressed with the high speed interent and felt that I got a great value for my money. Expectations were met!!

This motel was very much a "get what you pay for" situation.
It was super tiny and old looking. I would have rated it higher except that there was human hairs ALL OVER the place. In the sinks, on the counters, in the SHEETS on the towels. Everywhere. It was if someone ripped their hair out all over the room and placed it everywhere. It was disgusting. Hair in the sheets just made me feel like nothing had been cleaned before I arrived.
On the plus, the woman at the front desk was so nice. She only had 2 teeth, but she was super helpful and very kind.
I reconmend this place to someone that doesn't care about filth and only wants to party in Vegas.
