We were satisfied for the most part! Good, clean room except for some stains on carpet. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff,Good breakfast. Cons: The A/C was crazy! Got no sleep on the second night. They don't have proper directions on operating the A/C. They have thermostats on the wall for it, which was not reliable or maybe we did not know how to operate it.But did not get much help from front desk about it . No trash bags in the room the first day. Asked for it and got 2. Asked for it again the next day, but they were out of it. Out of trash bags!!!!!That's unacceptable. Or maybe we should have just thrown it in the bucket. Let them clean it up!! Same with hair conditioner. Unfortunately forgot to pack mine, and they had none. Overall, it was fine.!Not a flashy, fun hotel for those who want vegasglamour!

When we arrived at the airport, we had to wait a long time. Price was good, and the hotel is very close to the airport and to the strip.

Would recommend this hotel when visiting Las Vegas. The hotel has nice spacious rooms, with a free shuttle and free breakfast.

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Great staff especially the housekeepers.
