The rooms and hotel were very clean and elegant. Service was outstanding. While they have their own private amenities like the Four Seasons pool area where they provide excellent service, their own excellent excercise facility and spa, you also have access to the Mandalay Bay pools and recreation areas and hotel. It was so relaxing in the morning to have a quiet cup of complementary coffee by the poolside. The four Seasons hotel is quiet and gives you a break from the high activity of the strip, yet the Mandalay Bay casino and the strip are just a doorway away. It is definitely worth a little extra. The strip is right next door. Above all their service and cleanliness just stands out. I loved staying there and if you can afford it you should too.

Customer Rating:

Yes. The best things were the "service" & "rooms".
The disappointments: a. a little out of the way and other than cab it is hard to get around. The tram is not helpful as it only goes two hotels down; b. Limited food options; c. spa way too expensive.
Good value for the deal we got. Expectations met.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful —

We had to wait 2 1/2 hours until our room was ready and were informed (wrongly) that we had been given a free upgrade. Bathroom WHB was cracked and a hair in a corner of the toilet remained there the whole of our stay. Bathrobes were supplied on the first day but not thereafter - housekeeping generally was hit and miss. Newspapers were not delivered every day.

However, the beds were very comfortable and room (premier strip view) was a reasonable size. The lobby was a quiet haven compared to other hotels and the private lift was quick. Valet staff were courteous.

All in all, not what I expected from a luxury hotel. Better value to be found elsewhere.

Customer Rating:

Modest sized but beautiful room. Beautiful fresh flowers in lobby areas, great food and ambiance in the restaurants, and a wonderful spa. The pool is serene and a great break from the techno rock noise at the Mandalay Bay pools. Service is the best. Freshened the room at least 3 times each day of our 5 night visit. Spoil yourself.
