The Hotel is on the older side. The rooms did not come with much. The lighting was horrible,no mini frig, the beds were so so and most of all the gym cost $25a day! The maid serves could hardly keep up when the hotel was full. We checked in @12am thursday night (I called ahead to let the hotel know we would be late) and none of the non-smoking rooms would be ready for @ least 3-4 hours! Completely unacceptable. Very smokey hotel. The spa could also use up dating. The mini bar was not stocked regularly either.

We had two rooms in the Carnival Tower, they were very clean. The dealers and housekeeping staff were very nice. I found most, not all, of the other staff rather unfriendly. When I approached the staff for assistance I generally felt I was bothering them. Harrah's is pushing a new timeshare property. They had sales staff poised at two of their entrances. They had staff constantly asking if you had their Rewards card, it got to be annoying. I think Caesars is a great place to stay, I believe Harrah's should take note of their other property's success.
