Architecturally speaking, the [hidden], with its pyramid design and Egyptian theme, is the most unique resort in Las Vegas. Named after Egypt`s most exotic tourist destination, [hidden] Las Vegas stands 30 stories tall, topped by one of the world`s brightest beams of light; has 120,000 square feet of casino space and 4,408 rooms – making it the second largest hotel in the United States. This entertainment destination hosts a wide variety of first-rate entertainment, award-winning restaurants and state-of-the-art gaming features. Pharoah`s Pavilion has a variety of attractions. King Tut`s Tomb and Museum is an accurate reproduction of Howard Carter`s 1922 find, often called the most significant archaeological discovery of modern history. The burial chamber and treasury room feature more than 500 replicas of mummies, Egyptian furniture, a chariot, pottery, baskets, jewelry, linens and other artifacts. Other Pavilion features include the IMAX Theatre; "In Search of the Obelisk" motion-simulator ride; and Games of the Gods Arcade. The gift shop sells Egyptian antiquities and keepsakes. The year-round pool complex has five pools and four spas. You can be pampered at the Oasis Spa

Customer Rating:

The hotel room was large with two queens size beds and has sitting chair. There was a writing table as well. The Pheast Buffet was excellent with my food items to selection from. The staff was friendly and service was great. As I went to the casino I found the dealer at the Luxor were friendly and would talk to you. My expectation were exceed tremendously. Thanks This property I would recommend to others and will use again

I found the Luxor to be all I thought it would be.The fact that it now connects to Mandalay Bay as well as te hotels to the north makes it very plesant.I was told at check-in that the management was in th process of doing some upgrading and that they were going to down play the Egyptian theme.I found that very disapointing. After all the name is a site in Egypt and the building shape is a pyramid.I will reccommend it to my friends but suggest they hurry before the impending changes.

The comforter of the Bed had stains on it. Room service for breakfast took 1 hour and 30 to be delivered. We had to call twice to complain about deliver. We finally get the food and it's cold and the order is wrong. We also eat at the cafe in the hotel for breakfast and the Bacon was raw. The hotel is not what is used to be.

The hotel was ok but we had thought that it would be a higher level of luxury. I guess we were paying for the location on the strip. Our friends stayed 3 minutes off strip at The Orleans with a similar quality room at 1/3rd the price of the Luxor... which is where I would stay next time.

This was a very good value for the money. Even if the rooms in the pyramid are known to be noisy, on 23rd floor it was OK. The view was excellent.
