No detail was spared in the design of [hidden]-[hidden], and a more faithful representation would be hard to imagine. The resort's facade approximates the [hidden] skyline down to the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge. The interior features faux trees and streams lining a Central Park-themed casino and a bar in the middle of Times Square, complete with neon and flashing lights.

Standard room amenities: Air conditioning, alarm clock/radio, remote-controlled cable TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board (on request), in-room safe, desk, electronic door locks, refrigerator (on request and there is an additional charge), web TV, on-command and pay-per-view movies, telephone, voice mail.

Hotel amenities: Coney Island-style area with games and video arcade, concierge, currency exchange, laundry, luggage and maid service, room service, wake-up call, safety deposit box.

The hotel room at New York, New York was very nice. We also enjoyed the restaurants there, as well as the pool. We definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

Customer Rating:

The room was very nice, with amenities you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The pool wasn't great, but fine. The casino, as all casinos are, was extremely confusing, but we did see someone win $4 million at the slot machines! The food downstairs was good, with a lot of options in cuisine and price. I'd recommend this hotel to people who want a nice place to stay without spending as much as some other hotels on the strip.

Stayed in the New York New York for 4 nights at the end of Sept and we would highly recommend this hotel - friendly helpful staff, rooms are really clean (cleaners come every day if you wish) and there is a good variety of food for both lunch and dinner. A little down the strip as such but the hotel has everything so theres nearly no need to leave the hotel! We upgraded to a deluxe room with luxury jacuzzi in the room (seperate to the ensuite) - was heaven!

Hotel has a rollercoaster outside it but would also recommend going down to the 'Stratesphere' hotel and casino at the other end of the strip - amusements at the top of a 110 high floor tower! There is also a revolving restaurant here that gives you by far the best view of Vegas valley (food and service excellent also!).

The shopping outlets are also near the stratesphere hotel and casino - handy for buying presents for those at home! Go on the helicopter tour to the Grand Canyon, a little expensive but most definately worth it (approx $340 dollars) but be sure to shop around on the strip as we were offered the same tour for $450 in the hotel.

We really enjoyed Vegas, could have stayed another night or so to fit in everything but was by far the best ending to our two week holiday - bring lots of dollars for the machines!!
