hit with a $35 fee at check out...hotel fee. What's this? very disappointed.....given this hidden charge

the room that we booked is actually located outside of the hotel...sort of a side bungalow kind of thing. not impressed already since we were expecting to stay in the hotel itself.

the room was decent...nothing our of the ordinary...you literally pay for what you get. the hair dryer didn't work and we had to swap rooms but the customer service isn't very accomodating when it came to that.

we waited almost half the day in order to get the other room so if you have to get ready in the morning, don't expect to have dry hair.

but for the price we paid, i think it was worth it.

don't expect a grand 5 star- its more like a motel just to sleep in.

I would highlt recommend this hotel very classy and very budget friendly rooms are awesome the palace station really belongs on the strip it

My daughter booked this for me. I was suppose to get a queen/king room, but had 2 double beds. I thought the Courtyard section where I was housed was dated and furnishings a bit worn. The bed was comfortable, but could have used a coffee pot. I am nearly 90 and was happy to be on the ground floor and close to the door that led to the main part of the hotel/ casino. I felt secure and even ventured over to the casino to have a piece of pie and donate some money to the slot machines. For the price, it was a pretty good value

Clean room and convinent, however the $16.00 per room daily charge is excessive and will keep me from staying there again.

yes i would recommend to others. a disappointment to me was the fact that they tacked on $14.95 a day for hotel fees. It was only a fair value for the money because of the econmy a lot of newer hotels are offering a good deal. One day house keeping did not show up and we had to call for clean towels. they delivered quickly and plenty of them. expectations were met

Absolutelt not recommend it to anyone in the world. Courtyard, worst rooms in vegas. Tower may have been better, but I'll never know. Wouldn't work with me to handle my disappointment, so I went to the treasure island. Much, much better!!
