yes, the reservation desk was a disappointment, the lady could not find our reservation. A great value for the money. Yes my expectations were met.

We would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone looking for clean rooms and nice service from all the employees. We always had extra towels and fast service for everything we needed. It was pretty far from the rest of the strip so if you are looking to be in the middle of things youre better off staying at a hotel "near" the strip. Also, the casino was very smokey and expected the non-smoking rooms to have that 'old' smell too but it was not the case at all- pleasant surprise. Good value for our money for sure.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The customer service was the best! Disappointed for how small the rooms are, but for the cost it was definitely worth it!!!

I was very happy with the Stratosphere

The room was nicer than I expected. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were soft and the pillows were perfect. The views from both pools are awesome. Be sure to try the diner. Their milkshakes rocked my world. I would stay here again.
As for location, I was pleased with it. It's a bit of a walk from the rest of the strip so wear comfy shoes. As long as you're not old or out of shape, the walk shouldn't be much of a problem.

I would def. recommend this place to others! Excellent value for your money and although it is further up the strip, I appreciated being slightly away from the chaos. There was plenty to do at the hotel and both the shows and restaurants offerred great incentives to stay and enjoy! The front desk was happy to oblige my request to stay in one of the renovated towers - a must if you stay. Overall, nothing very fancy, but just what you need - nice staff, clean, great amenities.
