I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was friendly, the casino was nice, and the food was good. I got more than I expected and the price i got it for was amazing. The pool area is one of the best in Vegas and it was open 24 hours. They had pool parties and all kinds of fun. If you're looking for a great location, fun time, and a great deal, all you need is the Tropicana!

I would not recommend to anyone and will not be staying at the Tropicana again. The rooms were shabby, had only dialup internet access, and the climate control was adequate at best. When trying to take a shower, I found brown water coming out of the tap. I was moved to another room and this one only had on-off air conditioning with no thermostat, so I was forced to endure the loud blower all night. The only high speed internet access for my laptop was in their "business center" in which they had a $.99 / minute connection that was not much faster than dialup would have been. Overall, I was very disappointed compared to the other hotels I've stayed at on the strip.

No. Dial-up in the room. No wireless access plus you charged for the service. The room decor was 30 years old. Generally poor service.
