This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed as far as rude staff. I had the misfortune to be served by a front desk clerk named Diana. She proceeded to argue with me about the reservation in spite of being given writtten proof of the booking. Her fellow agent told her that it was fine. But she continued to argue about the name due to an abbreviation. I asked to speak to the manager and waited for 25 minutes only to have the players club supervisor and a security guard confront me and continue to deal with me in a rude manner. Finally got the room key only to find that she gave a a room with 2 twin beds instead of a king. This required yet another trip to the front desk to receive the correct room. Then phone didn't work. Worst place ever!!!

We didn't spend much time in our hotel. They had a convientent sports bar where you could get food fairly quickly, such as a hamburger, bacon sandwhich and breakfest as well. They also had a little place opened early in the morning that had sausage muffins. We stayed 3 nights and everytime we came back during the night, we noticed the cleaning lady had came in and fixed up the bathroom a bit. It was overall enjoyable and it was only a 10-15 minute walk from the strip, which was nice. Although, on some hot days, we chose to take a taxi to the strip at the Pink Flamingo for about $6.50.

Tuscany suites was a great for the price. It was a few miles away from the strip (which I do not walking to in the Summer). They have a $3.99 steak and eggs special at night, and a decent casino. The rooms were big and complete with a small range, a microwave, coffee maker, and a mini fridge. There was also a couch, coffee table, and dining room table that sat 4 people which did not make the room cramped at all.

Our stay at Tuscany was great the room was large and had very thing! It was a great value for the money, we will go back again and recommend the Tuscany to all our family and friends. Thanks for a great deal!!
