The hotel is situated on the shores of Lake Las Vegas, 17 miles (a thirty minute drive) from the famed Las Vegas Strip. The European style casino features two-story windows opening to an outdoor terrace offering sweeping views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The resort offers premier championship golf. A fitness center is also available and is fully equipped. State of the art spa facilities are available on-site. There are a variety of supervised daytime and evening camp activities for children ages 3 to 12. A complimentary shuttle runs to/from the Strip four times daily. The ride takes approximately 45 minutes. This destination resort is designed in the open-air style of the Mediterranean. There are multiple courtyards, a Moroccan-style palace garden, lavish pool decks and an open-air pavilion and lawn area. A cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a relaxed setting, both indoors and out. One restaurant overlooks the lake and offers fine dining with an Asian flair. Other eateries include a coffee bar, a bar and grill located poolside, a lobby lounge, and a private dining room. 24 hour room service is also available. All guest rooms have views of Lake Las Vegas with Mediterranean-themed and have hand-painted armoires and headboards imported from Morocco. Relaxing views of Lake Las Vegas complement spacious 390-sq. -ft. rooms offering a choice of one king or two double beds, separate work area, wireless Internet access, refrigerator and Portico bath products. The lobby is medium sized with windows that accent the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course and lake. Adjoining to the lobby is the Arabesquere Lounge which has outside access to the spectacular views. 27 kms to city centre.

I cannot say enough. The facility is beautiful. Our room was on the top floor. Great value for the money spent. It was beyond my expectations.

lowe's grounds are fabulous

i knew we were going to arrive late so i called the front desk before we left to ensure we got our desired room type. not a problem unlike some hotels. arriving at night gaves a whole different perspective--mysterious and romantic. the decor is warm,inviting and intrigueing. room was comfortable, bed was fabulous and products were of high quality. sliding door opened all the way to allow for good ventilation. the grounds were stunning, even though it is dessert landscaping. they have a resident tortoise and i saw a roadrunner walk up one of the ramps to the lounge area. dogs are welcome. ate breakfast and lunch at rick's. was quite good as was the service. do take the free garden tour w/ed if you are interested in gardening--delightful and entertaining. only negative-smoking section is not segregated so you will get smoke in your room from below if sliders open.

Great find in Lake Las Vegas

What a wonderful hotel. No gambling here! Great pools, separate kids pool with waterslide (my daughter spent hours there!) If you want a quiet place to relax, this is the place. Restaurants are good. Rooms were really nice. Grounds of hotel superb. Very close to Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire. Takes about 30 minutes to get to the Strip. I would definitely reccommend that you have a car if you stay out here. Great value for the money.

yes, hughly recommended. We liked the relaxed atmosphere. attentive &accomodating staff. No stink from cigarettes (like the casino type hotel). Kind of a drive from the strip if you intend to go there. Great value. Yes
