I found the resort to be beautiful and the view of the white mountains from our balcony breathtaking. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. I give this hotel a 10 out of 10. You have to try it.

VERY NICE HOTEL. ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND BIG AND THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFY AND THEY HAD A GREAT TV WITH FREE HBO.. WE STAYED IN THE NOTCHVILLE ROOMS ACROSS FROM THE MAIN HOTEL. VERY NICE. THE ONLY THING THAT WE DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE SHOWER HEAD. IT SPRAYED WATER OUT TO THE SIDES INSTEAD OF THE MIDDLE WERE YOU WOULD STAND . ALSO, THE TOWELS WERE VERY ROUGH ON YOUR SKIN, THEY COULD USE SOME SOFTENER BIG TIME! THE HEATER LAMP DID NOT WORK EITHER.THE POOLS AND HOT TUBS WERE GREAT AND THE RESTAURANT WAS OK TOO. I GOT A GREAT DEAL WITH THE OFF SEASON RATES BOOKING WITH SKOOSH. WE WOULD GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL. DISPITE THE PROBLEMS WITH THE BATHROOM ISSUES WE WOULD SAY GO THERE IT WAS VERY NICE.

Yes, we would recommend the hotel to others. We were disappointed that we did not get a queen/king bed as requested. Also would definitely want a 2nd floor room next time.

The room was nice, but housekeeping woke us up all 3 mornings. The indoor pool was small, but the outdoor pool and hottub were wonderful.
