1 of 1 people found the following review helpful — I would recommend to friends.It was outside the city centre but with good access to transport facilities. Breakfast was sufficient but overpriced.Health centre lacked a pool which was disappointing.Rooms comfortable and staff service very good.

Lovely Hotel

Excellent customer service since there was a problem with the AC.They handled it very professionally. All staff along with the customer relations representative named Liliana Pereira were really attentive.

Not a five star hotel

Would not recommend to others. Service is shoddy, breakfast is terrible, rooms not upto scratch. Overpriced. My expectations were not met. Very disappointed.

My husband and I were very pleased with the Real Palacio.

The hotel was in a quiet area a couple of blocks from the Parque Eduardo VII, with two subway entrances close by. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful with dinner recommendations - you must try the restaurant on the corner across the street from the hotel. The room was clean and a good size, with turndown service each night. The only downsides were that the bed was rather hard and the breakfast buffet, at 20 euro a person, was too expensive.
