Would not recommend to others.
Service is shoddy, breakfast is terrible, rooms not upto scratch.
Overpriced. My expectations were not met. Very disappointed.

The hotel was in a quiet area a couple of blocks from the Parque Eduardo VII, with two subway entrances close by. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful with dinner recommendations - you must try the restaurant on the corner across the street from the hotel. The room was clean and a good size, with turndown service each night. The only downsides were that the bed was rather hard and the breakfast buffet, at 20 euro a person, was too expensive.

Beautiful, well decorated, confortable, good service. I was very well impressed. They could improve the food at the restaurant.

I wouldn't rate it as 5star. It was clean and nice, no tea or coffee making facilities in room. The room were basic. Staff very friendly. Not very central for tourist although the public transport and taxis are very good. It was the correct pricing for the accommodation.

I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet area only 10-15 mins from the city. There are 3 Metro stations within easy walking distance and so the city centre is easily reachable.
The breakfast choice was excellent and plentiful even towards 10:30, the end of the sitting.
The leisure centre was well maintained and there were staff around if you needed anything.
The staff spoke excellent English and were courteous. They were very knowledgeable and any request was actioned immediately.
