Real Parque is a 4 star hotel in Lisbon. The hotel is situated on Avenue 'Luis Bivar', three blocks away from Marques Pombal and Eduardo VII Park, very close to the main city attractions, restaurants and bars.
This a very good property which enjoys a very good location.
This is a modern, concrete construction.
Automatic glass doors lead you into the medium-sized lobby, which is tastefully decorated in marble, with lacquered chairs in a variety of colours. There is a lounge and bar at the far end of the lobby.
The bedrooms are medium in size and in very good condition. They are modern, with simple décor in light oak. The cream-coloured marble bathrooms are also in very good condition.
The restaurant is located on the lower ground floor and serves a good choice of local and international dishes.
1 kms to city centre, 10 km to the nearest fair site (centro de congressos de lisbon), 11 km to the nearest station (cais do sorte), 3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (s. sebastiao), 8 kms to the nearest airport (lisbon).

This Hotel room was special. We were on the top floor with a balcony for 4314 total for 3 nights. Short ride to Lisbon center on underground. It was approx 1.5 mile walk, which was easy. Breakfast was extensive with fruit, pastries, juice, eggs, cheese, meat rolls, yogurt. The only problem we had was that the underground station closest to the hotel was closed,

We stayed for two nights and found the room comfortable.. The hotel seems to attract business people. The breakfast was complimentary and very good - fruit, cold meat, cheese, yogurt, cereal, hot bacon and eggs (scrambled) rolls and toast.

We were able to maneuver with a wheelchair which is an important consideration for us. There is a ramp into the lobby and an elevator to the room. The bathroom door was wide enough for the wheelchair also... some aren't.

The staff was very helpful, spoke good English and helped us book a city tour and get reservations at a Fado restaurant which was the highlight of the visit to Lisbon.

If this hotel is in your price range, I can recommend it.

Real Parque was very good. It is very close to the airport and the Metro station is just a few mins walk from the hotel. The hotel people were very friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is modern with pleasant public areas and well appointed and reasonably sized bedrooms which offer a good level of comfort.

Service at the hotel was of a high standard with helpful and knowledgable reception staff. We stayed on B& B terms and found the morning breakfast really good with a wide choice on offer. We also tried the hotel cafeteria which offered a wide choice of snacks, full meals and pastries. All nicely served and at reasonable cost.

The hotel is slightly north of the city centre but is close by to Eduardo VII park, the Gulbenkian museum and plenty of shops. Two metro stations are close by which provide quick, easy and cheap transport all over the city.

At around 100 euros per room/night this hotel was excellent value for money. We would certainly use it again and recommend it to others.
