We stayed Tiara Park on our recent stay in Lisbon. Service from Bellman to Front Desk was great. We were celebrating our anniversary and staff was nice enough to upgrade our room with an excellent ocean view.
Everything was great except no wireless access in room and they charge fortune for cable internet access. Compared to USA 4 or 5 star hotel internet charge is really outrageous.

It is located next to te Ritz hotel and a nice walk to down town, a taxi will cost about 4-5 euro's. Felt very safe walking around. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The only draw back was that there was no spa. They did recomend "Seven Spa" across the street but it was terrible. Tried to get a massage after a long week of sightseeing and all I got was a light rub and jackhammers going off because they were doing some repair work. we stayed there for a week and had a wonderful time. I would return with no hesitation

Lovely hotel, easily found from airport bus, but , it is up hill from most of the tourist attractions. If you are not good on your legs will need to find other ways of transport, but, it will be worth it The views from our bedroom were fab and laid watching the sun rise over the castle was great. Thought the hotel was of good value, we didn't eat in the hotel but the areas did look very nice.

The Tiara Park is, for the most part, an excellent hotel. The location is a bit away from the town center but an easy 20 minute walk downhill (not so easy on the return) and easily accessible by Metro.
The staff are generally friendly and professional but appear to have a higher opinion of the hotel than the property itself merits - it's not the Four Seasons. The rooms are large and attractived.
The front desk clerk completely misinformed me whether the restaurant that they had booked for me accepted VISA (it didn't) resulting in a potentially disastrous situation when my cheque arrived.
When I called for extra pillows upon returning to the hotel after said restaurant as they had forgotten to turn down the room, I was oddly "blamed" for their mistake.

Given the price available for the hotel, would recommend it. Was in a good location in town and was easily accessible to most sites. Be sure to specify whether you want a smoking or non-smoking room. There are not many non-smoking floors and most rooms are located on smoking floors.

Very comfortable Hotel. About 10 min walk from the centre of Lisbon but if you like walking this will not be a problem. The staff are helpful and overall the impression you get is of a very efficently run hotel.
Only slight down side is that there is no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms and there is no pay perview tv channels however there is english speaking channels and 1 movie channel.
Overall you will not be disappointed if you are looking for comfort.

We got great service they noticed we were celebrating a birthday and had a nice cart with a small birthday cake and a chilled bottle of champagne, compliments of the hotel.

Very nice, modern hotel that is great value for the money. My wife and I stayed there during our honeymoon and when the reception heard that it was our honeymoon we were provided with a very nice room, champagne, dessert, and strawberries at no additional cost. The location is well situated for a quick walk down to the city rigth next to a park. Would stay there next time we are in Lisbon.
