Great location! Within walking distance of several theaters, the London Eye and most attractions. Less than two blocks away from two subway stations (Embankment and Charing Cross).
The room was modern, well-ventilated and spotless.
Both the front desk and the cleaning service were excellent.
Every morning before leaving the hotel, we grabbed a cup of their delicious complimentary espresso to prime ourselves for the day ahead.
The Citadines Trafalgar Square really surpassed our expectations. Great value for money!

Booked a one night stay at a weekend, 2 people in a studio apartment cost £55 each.The hotel is centrally located with tube/shops/restaurants all close by. The apartment was very clean and warm, the heat was adjustable and also had air-con for the summer months. There was a very small kitchen with a toaster,kettle, hob, fridge, dishwasher & various pots & crockery & all spotlessly clean. Rooms also benefited from a small flat screen TV&stereo, hairdryer, iron&board. The bed is a sofa bed but I found it very comfortable&again very clean.We didn't get disturbed overnight, the hotel was very quite but our room was at the back.The decor & style of the room was a little tired & dated but still great value for money. Overall excellent value for money & centrally located would definitely stay here again!!

The staff was very helpful and cheerful.

The room, bath and kitchen were clean; the room was quiet.

The bed was a sofa, which was uncomfortable.

The shower run out of hot water, both in the evening (20:00 hrs) and in the morning (8:00 hrs).

The modern flat screen TV had a poor selection of news channels..e.g. no CNN. Also it did have a standard PC VGA input port, it did not have a cable to connnect a notebook PC to it to play back DVD movies. (by contrats, the Gentlemen's Quarters hotel across the street provided a cable at the reception).

The aparthotel suite, the corridors, and the overall appearance have a worn-out look, unwelcoming look, alhough, again, it is clean.

Its proximity to Trafalgar Square, and the Embankment tube station are a big advantage, and that's why I booked it as a second alternative.

I thought this was a great location, the bathroom and kitchen are very well appointed and felt fairly new. The main room was somewhat shabby. The single bed with another single under it was comfortable but it the covering was falling off and somewhat shabby. Brand new flat screen tv was good, high speed internet was good and free. It could use an upgrade in furniture and paint in the main room but it was a fine place for the price.
