Did NOT like the Courthouse

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful — I would not stay here again. The rooms are very small. Ours was also not very clean when we arrived. They promised to move us a larger room, but that never happen in the 6 nights that we stayed. The Manager did not care much about us not returning to the hotel. This is a very bad sign for customer service. Location is OK, but probably in a too busy area. There are other hotel in this price range that should be much better.

definetely not a 5 star hotel.maybe 4 or 3 sup.two first night a nightmare.we had a mouse in the room.they tell us they could not move us because they are fullybooked.someone came and killed the mouse and next day they moved us in a higher floor.the only good think about the hotel is the location.with the same price and maybe cheaper you can find better hotel.meridien picadilly for example.

We had a pleasant stay at the Courthouse Kempinski. The rooms were well furnished and clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. Only problem was that our room was not ready and at 2.15pm we had to leave our bags and go about our business. We had access to our room on our return at 8pm (although I would hope that we could have got in earlier). It was also not without note that the outside bars and restaurants were packed to capacity while the hotel bar was empty except for staff. This could be due to the exorbitant costs of the drinks. Overall, we would recommend this hotel. It is in an excellent location for all the sights and attractions of London, and the 'Courthouse' is very novel.
