The hotel was drab on the inside and by a busy road, the staff were rude to me and had changed my non smoking booking to a smoking room. This was not helpful and when I complained the hotel staff were not friendly and just didn't care. I would suggest for people to avoid this hotel.

Really easy to find and good service. Conveniently situated and a couple of decent restaurants within a 2 minute walk.Comfortable rooms with adequate facilities, booked through skoosh and was very good value for money. Definately recommend.

Excellent for the purpose and good value for the price we paid! Great location for city, pubs and restaurants for good food, railway station and buses into city centre and walk along the Thames all nearby. Hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was more than adequate. Staff were helpful and polite. Only minor misgiving we were allocated a smoking room (which didn't smell good at all!) when we requested non-smoking but problem resolved in seconds with a room change.
We are more than happy to recommend this hotel and Skoosh booking services to others! We will be using both again without hesitation, thank you for a great stay.
